This shirt depicts the iconic wood-cut popularized by master printer Benjamin Franklin. The political cartoon was originally created in 1754 to rouse support and unity among the British colonies to fight off French traders and Native Americans during the French and Indian War. The woodcuts meaning changed when the Revolutionary War came about; it became a call to action for the colonies to unite and fight against British tyranny.

Printed using inks which age over time resulting in a comfortable vintage print that gains character with every wash
